As Payroll & HCM Sales Executive you will be a crucial member of our sales team, driving the expansion of our client base across the country. Your primary focus will be to promote and sell our comprehensive payroll solutions to businesses of all sizes, helping them streamline their payroll processes and enhance their overall operational efficiency. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s overall growth and success. The Payroll & HCM Sales Executive will share our commitment to providing a second-to-none experience for every client, every time.
- Business Development: Prospect and identify potential clients across various industries and sectors
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ unique payroll needs and tailor solutions that address their pain points and business requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related matters.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our payroll software and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to prospective clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional post-sales service
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the payroll, HR, or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
