Faigy is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in HR and management. She joined CHS in 2008 as the Head of HR and has played a key role in shaping the company’s organizational strategy and employee development. Her extensive experience in hiring and developing employees has helped to create a cohesive and productive work environment.
As a project manager, Faigy is responsible for overseeing large, cross-functional projects and ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met with meticulous accuracy. Her high emotional intelligence allows her to create authentic and trusted relationships with employees, and she is responsible for preparing, scheduling, presenting, and following up on meetings, as well as managing internal communications.
Faigy has a broad range of experience, having worked in the manufacturing industry for the first decade of her career. She started out as an office administrator and quickly moved up to production manager, overseeing the production of a 3M dollar operation that she helped grow to a 10M dollar operation. Over the years, she was also responsible for distribution, sourcing designs, and sales, and personally ran special programs with Martha Stewart, K-Mart, and Ames, working directly with buyers and the design team.
Outside of work, Faigy enjoys laughter, parties, socializing, and spending time with her kids, grandkids, and siblings.
